process, disclose, distribute, share, sell and transfer Information (as
such term is defined in Section 1 below), (ii) with whom the
Information may be shared and sold; (iii) what choices are available to
you regarding collection, use, distribution, sharing and selling of the
Information; (iv) how you can correct inaccuracies in the Information;
(v) the kind of security procedures in place to protect the loss,
misuse or alteration of Information that is under our control; and (vi)
covers your access to and use of the entire network of MTS Websites
("MTS Websites") together with
any and all services, content, products and offers both online and
offline provided by, for or on behalf of MTS (individually and
collectively, the “MTS Network”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that
MTS does not own or control, or to people that MTS does not employ or
manage. In addition, where more detailed information is needed to
explain our privacy practices, we may post separate privacy notices to
describe how particular services collect, track, compile, merge, use,
process, disclose, distribute, share, sell and transfer Information;
such privacy notices are incorporated herein by this reference. We hope
this will help you make an informed decision about sharing personal
information with us.
By accessing or using the MTS Network, you agree to this
Privacy Policy. This is our entire and exclusive privacy policy and it
supersedes any earlier version. This Privacy Policy is part of our Terms of Use and End User License Agreement(s).

THAT YOU OR ANY OF THEM MAY OTHERWISE PROVIDE TO US, WHETHER PERSONAL,
NONPUBLIC OR UNIDENTIFIABLE, MAY BE SHARED OR SOLD TO OUR PARTNERS OR
ANY OTHER THIRD PARTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
1. Collection of your Information and Data
A. The information and data provided by you or retrieved or collected
by, for or on our behalf consists of your personally identifiable
information, non-personally identifiable information, including all
data and information obtained through the use of cookies, Web beacons,
or other technologies when you
register with, access, communicate, use or
interact in anyway (individually and collectively “Interact”) with the
MTS Network. Depending on how you Interact with the MTS Network, the
information and data provided by you or collected or retrieved by, for
or on behalf of MTS may include:
Personal information, such as your first, middle and last name, a home
or other physical address, telephone number(s), email address(es) or
other online contact information, such as a
persistent identifier, such as a customer number held in a cookie or
processor serial number, that is combined with other available data
that identifies an individual, account information (user name and
password), and any other information from or about an individual that
is combined with any of the above;
Click stream data, such as your visits to
websites and pages and your responses to offerings, promotions and Advertisements;
Content of messages and emails and other information related to your use of the MTS Network;
Information about the services or offerings that you use, and how frequently you use them;
Information uploaded by you to your profile;
Information obtained by us through communications received by you;
Transaction-related information with us and with some of our vendors
and business partners, including, credit card or other preferred means
of payment, billing or shipping information, or a history of products
or services purchased;
Customer service information about you as a MTS Network user or subscriber;
Your browser, including your IP address, cookie and Web beacon
information (discussed in detail below), the type of operating system
you are using (e.g., Windows XP or Mac OS), CPU type (e.g. Pentium),
your manner of connecting to the Internet (e.g., connection speed
through narrowband or broadband access); the page you request together
with other information about your geographic location; and the domain
name of your Internet service provider;
Any other information or data provided by you or collected, retrieved or tracked by us;
All of the above, individually and collectively “Information”
We may enhance or merge your personally identifiable information with
data or information collected from other services, sources or third
parties to provide a better user experience, including customizing
content and Advertisements for you and to use, share and sell in
offline or online marketing and other business purposes. Once you
register with the MTS Network and sign in to our services, you are not
anonymous to us.
2. Cookies and Web Beacons and Other Similar Technologies and Uses Thereof
The MTS Network and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates
use cookies. A “cookie” is a small text file that contains a string of
alphanumeric characters. There are two types of cookies that may be
used: a persistent cookie and a session cookie. A persistent cookie
gets entered by your Web browser into the “Cookies” folder on your
computer and remains in this “Cookies” folder after you close your
browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent
Interaction with the MTS Network or third party website. A session
cookie is held temporarily in your computer's memory and disappears
after you close your browser or shut off your computer. The MTS Network
and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates may also use Web
beacons (also called “clear GIFs”, “action tags” or “pixel tags”) in
conjunction with cookies. Web beacons are small strings of code that
are placed in a Web page that is designed to allow the site owner or a
third party to monitor who is visiting such page by collecting the IP
address of the computer that the Web beacon is sent to, the URL of the
page the Web beacon comes from, and the time it was viewed. Web beacons
also may be associated with cookie information.
The MTS Network and certain of its advertising partners and affiliates
may use cookies and Web beacons in combination with click stream data
such as behavioral data, IP addresses, log files, referring URLs,
traffic data and other Information, including combining with your
personal information, to enhance and personalize your experience on the
MTS Network, to help authenticate you when you use the MTS Network; to
remember your preferences and registration information; to enable a
shopping cart; to present and help measure and research the
effectiveness of MTS Network offerings, Advertisements, and e-mail
communications (by determining which e-mails you open and act upon);
and to customize the content and Advertisements provided to you by us
and our business partners through the MTS Network. Information obtained
through cookies and Web beacons or about Internet usage may be combined
with other Information, including your personal information, from any
other cookie or source. MTS may place a cookie on your hard disk on
behalf of a sponsor when such sponsor's web page is shown, so that the
sponsor can measure the effectiveness of such web page. Cookies cannot
be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies
can only be accessed or read by the domain that placed them. You have
the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers
automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser
setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline
cookies, you may not be able to sign in or use certain features of the

3. How Information is Used
MTS uses Information for the following general purposes to:
help us, our business partners, customers and clients better understand
the demographics of our/their target audience(s) as well as to support
our and their marketing of products and services and selection and
delivery of Advertisement(s);
provide you with information and materials about products, services, news and events;
present offers and Advertisements, both offline and online, to you on
behalf of MTS and our business partners and advertisers;
direct marketing
to determine or predict user characteristics, behavior, or preferences;
report and assess service levels;
customize the Advertising and Content you see;
operate and improve the websites, software, services, products and offerings available through the MTS Network ;
verify access rights to content, services or software;
contact you;
conduct research;
provide reporting for internal and external clients and customers;
provide security;
monitor; and for any other business purposes.
4. Who We Share and Sell Information With and How They Use It
We may share or sell your Information, including your nonpublic
personal information, for compensation with third parties; such third
parties may include, but are not limited to, our affiliates, marketing
companies, advertising agencies, data compilers, advertisers, data
companies, data brokers, and, to the extent permitted by law,
individual reference and look-up service programs. Such Information may
be used by such third parties to provide you with information,
advertisements, commercial communications and materials on products and
services that may be of interest, for direct marketing or any other
business purpose.
MTS may use agents and contractors in order to help operate, update,
enhance and provide the MTS Network. If such agents and contractors
have access to non public personally identifiable information, they are
required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent
with this Privacy Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy
notice or restricted from using or disclosing such Information for any
purpose other than to carry out the services they are performing for
the MTS Network.
5. Evites and Other Communications to and Uses of Non-members Email Addresses
During our registration process and after a person becomes a MTS
Network registered member (“Member(s)”) you can invite friends and
other persons to join the MTS Network by sending invitation emails.
You understand, acknowledge and agree that by providing us your user
name(s) and password(s) you are granting MTS access to your address
book(s) to retrieve all data within, you have the right to and
voluntarily identified or provided such data including all recipient
email addresses located therein, MTS did not induce you to send such
invitation(s), you initiated the transmission of such email invitations
when you clicked the “Click Here to Add Your Friends” link (or similar link), and that we
have permission to upload all such email addresses that remained
selected to our database once you click the "Click Here to add your
friends" (or similar link) so that: (i) the recipients may be added to your Friend's
list; (ii) we may send invitations to join the MTS Network to the
recipients. Recipients of invitations or other electronic promotional
communications from us may contact us to stop the delivery of future
promotional e-mail by following the specific instructions in the e-mail
they receive. Without limiting any of the foregoing, we will
discontinue sending reminder invitations upon their joining the MTS
Network.

6. Third Party Advertising
Advertisement(s) sent to you via or appearing on the MTS Network may be delivered to you by MTS or one of our affiliates
or advertising partners. As discussed above, our affiliates and
advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server
to recognize your computer each time they send you an Advertisement. In
this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others
who are using your computer, saw their Advertisement(s) and determine
which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to
deliver targeted Advertisements that they believe will be of most
interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies placed
by MTS and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers or any
other third party.
7. Public Disclosure of Information by You and How such Information May Be Used, Shared or Sold
If you use MTS Network communications tools to disclose information
about yourself publicly (for example, in chat rooms, your profile or
online message boards made available by the MTS Network), other online
users may obtain access to any Information you provide. In addition,
the contents of your online communications, as well as other
Information about you as a MTS Network user, may be accessed and
disclosed in response to legal process (for example, a court order,
search warrant or subpoena); in other circumstances in which MTS
believes the MTS Network is being used in the commission of a crime;
when we have a good faith belief that there is an emergency that poses
a threat to the safety of you or another person; when necessary either
to protect the rights or property of MTS, the MTS Network or its
affiliated providers, for us to render the service you have requested;
or for us to use for any other business purpose.
8. Data integrity
MTS processes personal information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy or any applicable service-specific privacy notice. We review our
data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we
only collect, store and process the personal information needed. We
take commercially reasonable steps to ensure that the personal
information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we
depend on our users to update or correct their personal information
whenever necessary. and as further set forth in Section 10 below.
9. Choices About How We Use and To Whom We Share and Sell Personal Information With
By registering with the MTS Network or our vendors' sites, users allow
MTS and its affiliates to make their personally identifiable
information available to third parties in accordance with the terms of
this Privacy Policy. MTS offers you choices for the collection, use,
sharing and selling of your personal information. You may also choose not to receive promotional e-mail from MTS by
following the specific instructions in the e-mail you receive. These
communications choices do not apply to mandatory service communications
that are considered part of certain MTS services, which you may receive
periodically unless you cancel such MTS service. If necessary, we will
contact you within a reasonable period of time after we receive your
request(s). Because the choices you make in connection with your
personal information may not take effect immediately, it is possible,
amongst other things, that you may receive a communication(s) during
the period in which your request is being processed. Notwithstanding,
all personally identifiable information provided by a user may be used
by MTS to support its business services described above.
If a user in our database has notified us in accordance with the terms
herein and indicated that they do not want to have their personal
information shared or sold to third parties, MTS will limit the use of
such information to the suppression, validation and enhancement of
existing information held by third parties about its users. For
example, marketers may use Information about a registrant provided by
MTS, such as "opt-out" information, to suppress or drop the registered
user's name from a file of potential customers. Additional Information
may be used to verify and/or validate the accuracy of existing data on
the registrant that was lawfully acquired by such third party. In
addition, our information customers may use Information supplied by MTS
to enhance or append personally identifiable data to their file for use
in direct or online marketing subject to the terms of their own privacy
policies.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, we are not responsible for
removing your personal information or any other Information from the
lists of any third party who has previously been provided your
Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

10. Access and Updating Personal Information
When you Interact with the MTS Network, we make good faith efforts to
provide you with access to your personal information and either to
correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your
request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for
legitimate business purposes. Currently, MTS does not offer users a
means by which to completely delete personal data in order to maintain
a master suppression file. We ask individual users to identify
themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or
removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process
requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require
disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or
would be extremely impractical, i.e., requests concerning Information
residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise
required. In any case where we provide Information access and
correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so
would require a disproportionate effort.
11. No Information from Minors
You must be at least 13 years of age to interact with and use the MTS
Network. It is your responsibility to determine
whether the MTS Network is inappropriate for your child.
We have no intention of collecting personal information from children
under the age of 13. When we become aware that personal information
from a child under 13 has been collected without such child's parent or
guardian's consent, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to
delete or suppress such information from our database.
12. Disclosure
We may disclose any kind of Information, including your personal non
public information, when we believe it necessary for the conduct of our
business, or where disclosure is required by law, regulation or other
government authority or to prevent harm to yourself or others.
Notwithstanding anything else, in the event that ownership of MTS was
to change as a result of a merger, acquisition or transfer to another
company or person or upon any other corporate reorganization your
Information may be transferred by us without your consent .
13. Security of your Personal Information
MTS uses industry standard security measures to protect the loss,
misuse and alteration of the Information under our control. Although we
make good faith efforts to store the Information collected by the MTS
Network in a secure operating environment that is not available to the
public, we cannot guarantee complete security. When we transmit highly
confidential information (such as a credit card number or password)
over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as
the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Further, while we make every
effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems,
we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party
"hackers" from illegally obtaining this Information. Lastly,
unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other
factors may compromise the security of Information. For any additional

14. Linking to Other Sites.
Please note: A link on the MTS Network or from an Advertisement
delivered by MTS or any of its affiliates, business partners or third
party does not imply our endorsement of that Advertisement, service or
product. We do not control the Advertisements to which we link and
assume no responsibility for their content or privacy policies. We do
not exercise control over the sites displayed as search results. Any
information that you provide to linked websites or Advertisements, or
other third parties, is provided directly to such third party and is
subject to that third party's privacy policy. Therefore, you should
carefully review the privacy policies that apply to any websites or
Advertisements you Interact with from the MTS Network or any
advertisers or other third parties you respond to. This privacy policy
applies solely to Information collected by or provided to MTS.
15. Changes to Privacy Policy
MTS reserves the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy
at any time. MTS will post those changes on the privacy page of the MTS
web page located at http://www.MyTrustSeals.com/privacy.php
so you can be aware of what Information we collect and how we use,
merge, compile, share or sell it. Your Interaction with the MTS Network
following the posting of such changes to the MTS Privacy Policy will
constitute your acceptance of any such changes. We encourage you to
review our privacy policy frequently to make sure that you understand
how MTS collects, tracks, compiles, uses, shares, sells and transfers
Information. If we are going to use your or other users' personally
identifiable information in a manner materially different from that
stated at the time of collection, we will notify you and those users
via email or by placing a prominent notice on our MTS Website(s).
16. Notice to All Members
If you are unsure whether this privacy policy is in conflict with the
applicable local rules where you are located, you should not submit
your personal information to the MTS Network. Members and anyone else
who Interacts with the MTS Network who submits personal information do
thereby consent to: (i) the international transfer and/or storage of
such information to a country which may be deemed to have inadequate
data protection and (ii) the collection, compiling, merging, using,
sharing, selling, distributing and transferring of such information as
provided in this Privacy Policy.

18. Special Notification for California Residents
Except as stated herein, individual customers who reside in California
and have provided their personal information may request information
regarding disclosures of this information to third parties for direct
marketing purposes. Such requests must be submitted to us at the

This request may be made no more than once per calendar year. We
reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted other than to
the address specified in this paragraph or if such person has been
given the opportunity to opt in or out of sharing of such person's
personal information.
